30-Day Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Certain items (e.g. mouthguards and other hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Contact@herosports.com.my with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item instead? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
